I took three picture of this image at different exposures using a tripod. I put the pictures into Dynamic Photo and lined them up to match. Next I used the tone map to see different ways the picture could turn out. I chose the eye catching option and saved it. Next I took the HDR picture into Camera Raw and used an adjustment brush to lighten the dress and necklace in the suitcase.
